Support information for CASCADOS®

With the CASCADOS® maintenance contract, you can access the extensive CASCADOS® technical hotline at any time. Via phone or e-mail, a hotline representative will immediately take care of their problem and provide them with the appropriate solution. This guarantees optimal work with the extensive CAD program.

Your software is always up to date due to the automatic information about updates. Major software upgrades (new version) are included in this maintenance contract and will be provided to you at no additional cost (cost 890,00 € net) These new versions have extensive improvements and new features + functions.

Scope of delivery & procedure

After receiving the money and with the order mail you will receive the contract for one year with all the information you need as a maintenance customer. At the same time they will be registered as Premium – dogs and can immediately use the service.

The maintenance contract runs for at least one year.

Is the contract automatically renewed?
The contract is automatically renewed for one year if not cancelled in due time (3mo before).

In what form can I ask questions?
You will be given a service phone number and can call and ask your question during the specified phone hours. Or they describe their problem simply by E-MAIL and get then a feedback

Do I always get all updates automatically?
Yes, the information about updates and upgrades will be sent to them each time and they can always keep their software up to date.
