Please unzip the zip file into any directory and start the installation by double-clicking the file “setup.exe”. When installing it is best to keep the recommended directories. At the first start of the software, please select the serial number and enter the enclosed serial number. WARNING! Please select ONLINE ACTIVATION!
The 2021 upgrade is a paid version, that can be purchased by Hausplaner Master customers. Please send us an email if you are interested in updating your version. office@diehausplaner.com An upgrade from Home and Pro 2020 to all versions 2021 is not possible.
The upgrade is a full version. Download it after purchase and unzip the file to a folder of your choice in the Explorer. You can then easily install and unlock the version
Even if you can start drawing in the 3D Hausplaner, it is important to save the project beforehand. Please click on the Hausplaner icon (file) and click on ‘Save project as’. Please select the exact location in the Explorer and give the project a name.
The 3D Hausplaner is installed in two directories. E.g. C:/Programme(x86)/3DHausplanerMaster this is the program directory. The file Installation.ini contains the path to the working directory. The working directory C:/Programmdata3DHausplanerMaster contains all data. This directory should be backed up by the user.
Administrator rights are required to start the Hausplaner. The complete working directory must not be read-only. Please check if full access to the directory is according to starndard installations C: / Programdata /Hausplaner
In our home designing program, several windows with project views can be opened at the same time. At the top right of the software there is the button Window Arrangement. A new window is created and the windows are placed side by side. In one is the floor plan and the other is switched to 3D
The setting of the middle mouse button in the driver should be set to “middle mouse button” or “nothing”.
