Scope of delivery & procedure

After receiving the money and with the order mail you will receive date suggestions for your training request. It is important that your computer has Internet access and that you have a microphone connected to the computer or a headset.

1-2 persons can participate in the online training

How will I be called?
Our training is held in a special online tool and session invitations are sent in advance. This allows telephone calls to be made directly via the PCs.

How can I see the software at the training then?
There are two possibilities: Either the training employee switches directly to the customer's PC and the project is worked on, or the customer looks at the training employee's PC and the employee demonstrates the software.
