In addition to the model houses, which are already available in the software, they can expand their portfolio of model houses with this package. In this package are 20 selected model houses of various types. You can invite them as a project, change them, put them on your property or even set them up.

Share your love

In our package of show houses you will find 20 examples of house types.Thoughtfully planned and well prepared as a 3D house planner project, you can open your desired project in the 3D house planner and edit. You are welcome to create your own variants and save them separately. Our model houses should inspire you. Play in, try out, change, put on the property and save – everything is possible. There is guaranteed to be the right idea for you, too.

Scope of delivery & procedure

After receiving the money and with the order mail you will receive a link with a ZIP file. In this all 20 model houses are available. Just download and unzip the file so you can start using the show houses right away.
Frequently asked questions

Are the show houses usable for all three versions?
Yes you can import and edit our sample houses in the Home, Pro or Master version

Can I print the show houses?
The floor plans are furnished and positioned on a printable area, also the views. A printout as PDF (according to house planner version) or also on paper is possible at any time.

Can I change the model houses?
Yes, of course, that's what they're there for. Use our extensive modification functions and create your own dream house from the template idea!

Can I also use the model houses in older versions?
Yes the projects are compatible and can be read in.
